The Reverend Katharine 'Katy' Piazza started at Emmanuel as Priest-In-Charge in April, 2015. Katy earned her Masters of Divinity at The General Theological Seminary in New York City, and then served as staff clergy at St. John's Church in Larchmont, NY. She most recently served as Interim Priest at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Pawling, New York.

While studying at seminary, Katy met and married her husband, Mario. They have two sons in the Weston school system.

Katy received her undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Steve Lewis
Music Director

Steve Lewis has been Director of Music at Emmanuel since 1978. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon, where he majored in Piano and minored in Organ. He studied piano and conducting at the Conservatoire Américain in Fontainebleau, France. He has also studied church music at Westminster Choir College and at the Aspen School of Music.

Steve retired in 2010 after teaching keyboard and choral music in the Norwalk school system for 37 years.

Steve is currently Dean of the Fairfield West Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.

Stephanie Larsen
Parish Administrator

Stephanie Larsen joined Emmanuel's staff in August of 2009. She resides in Fairfield with her husband and two children and spent more than ten years in the retail industry before taking time off to raise her children. She is an active member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Fairfield, and her father-in-law was rector of Christ Church, Sharon, CT for more than 17 years. She is proud to continue in the "family business"!
